Mr Solomon Aigbavboa – Managing Director/CEO
Solomon, a Pharmacist was educated at the University of Benin (B.Pharm–1990, M.Sc-1995) and Federal University of Technology, Owerri (MBA– 2004). He started his career in academics with the University of Benin where he left as a Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry to join UAC of Nigeria Pic in June 1997 as Personal Products Manager in the then GBO – MDS Division.
He thereafter, occupied various Management positions in the UACN group including National Customer Service Manager, MDS Logistics; GM Franchise Operations, Mr Biggs & GM, Operations, UAC Foods. In September 2008, he joined Zain Telecoms, Nigeria where he served as General Manager, North West Regional Operations and Director, Regional Support in the Sales Group. In June 2009, he returned to UACN and was subsequently appointed in January 2010 as the Managing Director of MDS Logistics Limited.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management (Ghana) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (Nigeria).
Mr. Babajide Adegbite – Executive Director (Operations)
Mr. Adegbite began working in Mobil Oil Nigeria in 1999 in the sales function, holding various positions in Lubes, Distributor business and Asset Management. He left Mobil Oil in 2007. He joined Livestock Feeds in 2007, leading the sales function as GM, Sales and Marketing and worked in that capacity until 2011 when he was moved to head the Operations department.
Mr. Adegbite is currently the Executive Director, Operations of Livestock Feeds PLC, where he oversees Engineering and Manufacturing activities in four regional mills. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos.
Mr. Adegboyega W. Adedeji – General Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Mr. Adedeji is the head of sales and marketing, responsible for all sales activities and the strategic development of our markets, along with new products portfolio generation and development. He was the regional Sales Manager in Grand Cereals Limited in January 2001 and later became procurement manager in October 2002 before he was transfer to UAC N Plc in July 2007 as the Training and Services Manager. He was the Francise Sales Manager at UAC Restaurant between October 2009 & November 2010. Mr. Adedeji was the National Sales & Marketing Manager UAC Diaries and Sales Operations Manager, UAC Foods and later became Regional Sales Manager in January 2013 – March 2014. Mr Adedeji was appointed to the position of General Manager (Sales and Marketing) in Livestock Feeds Plc on March 2014.He is holder of B.Sc. Geography from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Mr. Gideon Femi Ogudu - Finance Manager
Mr. Ogudu joined the Company as Finance Controller from UACN following the acquisition of controlling shares by the latter with effect from August 1st 2013. He held various positions within the UACN Group when he joined on 2nd May 2002; Auditor (Group Internal Audit), Management/Financial Accountant ( Spring Waters Nigeria Limited), Financial/Management Accountant and Finance Manager (GM Nigeria Limited) Special Project Manager (UPDC Plc) and Finance Manager (Group Corporate Centre) .
Before joining UACN he worked with Nigerian Postal Service as Investigation Officer and Senior Finance Officer.
Mr. Ogudu obtained B.Sc. (Ed) (Chemistry), from University of Lagos in 1991 and is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
Mrs. Foluso. A. Akanji – Quality Assurance Manager
Mrs. Akanji is responsible for quality assurance of our products. She joined Livestock Feeds Plc in 2005 as a Nutritionist and was appointed the Head of Quality Assurance Department in 2009.
She obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. Animal Science and Nutrition from University of Ibadan in 2001 and 2004 respectively.
Mrs. Akanji is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS) and Animal Science Association of Nigeria (ASAN)
Mrs. Nkechinyere Favour Ubiji – Human Resources Manager
Mrs. Ubiji joined SWAN, a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria PLC in January 2002 as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. She was transferred to Grand Cereals Limited in 2005 and became the Staff Admin Manager in 2006. Mrs. Ubiji assumed the position of Human Resources Manager in 2011, a position she held until April 2016 when she was transferred to LSF as the Human Resources Manager.
Mrs. Ubiji is a Public Administration graduate from the University of Jos. She is an Associate Member of CIPM, and also an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Marketing. She just rounded up a Masters’ in Public Administration programme from the University of Jos and the award is in view.
Mr. Omogoye, Olufemi – Supply Chain Manager
Mr. Olufemi was employed as a Sales Representative in Grand Cereals Limited in 2000 and was later transferred to UAC Foods in 2005 on the same position. In 2006, he was moved to Grand Cereals Ltd as Regional Manager Lagos West & North, a position he held till 2009 when he was made Sales Operation Manager between 2009 – 2010.
He was the Customer Service Manager of MDS Logistics GCL Operation in Jos before, he was appointed as the Supply Chain Manager in Livestock Feeds Plc on September 2014.
Mr. Olufemi holds a B.Agric (Agric. Economic) from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and is an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Marketing.
Mr. Adekunle S. Adepoju – Financial Accountant
Mr. Adepoju joined the Company in March 2007 as Management Accountant. He was promoted to his present position in April 2012.
He graduated from University of Ilorin in 1996 with B.Sc. Agric and MBA from OAU, Ile- Ife in 2012. He became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICAN) in 2006. Mr. Adepoju is a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbroker.
Mr. Gbenga B. Odeyemi – Senior Engineering Services Manager
Mr. Odeyemi is responsible for all engineering services in all the Mills location.
He joined the Company in November 1997 as Engineering Superintendent and left the Company in March 2004. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer with Star Paper Mill between 2004 – July 2006 before joining the Company again in July 2006 as an Engineering Services Manager. Mr. Odeyemi was designated as Senior Engineering Services Manager in September 2007.
Mr. Odeyemi is a holder of B.Sc. (Engineering) from University of Ilorin in 1993.
Mr. F. Adedamola Adeyeye –Mill Manager, Ikeja
Mr. Adeyeye joined Livestock Feeds Plc in 2005 as an Area Sales Representative in Benin Mill. He was transferred to Ikeja Mill as the Mill Manager/Area Sales Manager in acting capacity in October 2011. He was confirmed as Mill Manager in 2012.
Mr. Adeyeye obtained B.Agric (Animal Nutrition) from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in 2002 and an MBA degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2009.
Mr. Chris Ubah – Mill Manager, Aba
Mr. Ubah joined Pfizer as Assistant Accountant in March 1993, Mill Accountant in an Acting capacity in September 1998. He became Mill Accountant in April 1999. He was appointed Technical Manager, Benin Mill in October 1999. Mr. Ubah obtained the B.Sc. degree (Accounting) from the University of Nigeria in 1990 and an MBA degree from the University of Benin in 1998.
Mr. Babatunde F. Adegbola – Manager, Onitsha Operations
Mr. Adegbola joined the company as Mill Manager from Grand Cereals Ltd a subsidiary of UACN PLC in September 2014. Since joining Grand Cereals Ltd in 1998, he has worked in various capacities as Quality Assurance Officer, Raw materials & Packaging Manager, Offsite Operation, Research and Extension Manager.
Mr. Adegbola obtained Higher National Diploma in Applied Chemistry from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti (1996) and Post graduate Diploma Industrial Chemistry from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (2005)
Mr. Olabode O. Jegede –Manager, Northern Operations
Mr. Jegede was appointed to the post of Acting Mill Manager, Kaduna in October 2012. Prior to his present position, he was the Quality Assurance Officer. Mr. Jegede joined the company in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Officer, Kaduna.
Mr. Jegede obtained B. Agric from Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2003.
