LIVESTOCK FEEDS PLC - MANAGEMENT PROFILE

Mrs. Modupe O. Asanmo –Managing Director/CEO

She was appointed to the Board of Directors of Livestock Feeds Plc on July 1, 2007. 

She was appointed the Acting Managing Director/CEO of the company in April 2009 and confirmed Managing Director/CEO in December 1, 2009. She worked at Nigerian Export Promotion Council as a Trade Promotion Officer before joining First City Monument Bank Plc in 1992 as a Management Trainee where she rose to become the Head, Structured Finance Unit – Corporate Banking Group. She obtained a B.Sc. (Business Administration) from University of Ilorin in 1986. 

She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Mr. Babajide Adegbite – General Manager (Operations)

He is responsible for all manufacturing activities and finished goods inventory in the regional mills.

He was the Managing Director of Autobezaleel between 1996 – 1999. Also worked as Real Estate Coordinator at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc from 1999 before he joined Livestock Feeds Plc as General Manager (Sales & Marketing) in August 21, 2007.   He became the General Manager (Operations) in January 2011.  

He is a graduate of University of Lagos where he obtained B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering in 1994.

Mr. C. H. Aham-Neze – General Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Mr. Aham-neze is the head of sales and marketing, responsible for all sales activities and the strategic development of our markets, along with new products portfolio generation and development.
He joined Livestock Feeds Plc in May, 1985 as a Technical Sales Representative, rising to become product manager in 1988. In 1989, he was appointed Area Sales Manager for our Eastern operation, and thereafter moved to the position of Area Manager (East) for Pfizer’s Animal Health group in 1993. He became group sales manager in 1997, and then appointed Marketing Manager, veterinary new products in 1998. He moved over to the position of Marketing Manager (feeds and nutritional products) in 2000, and subsequently appointed National Sales Manager in 2001.  He was appointed to the position of Deputy General Manager (Operations) in June, 2007 and presently is General Manager (Sales and Marketing).

Chinedu obtained the B.Sc (Animal Science) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1980. He belongs to many professional bodies including Animal Science Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Animal Science and an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Mr. T. O. Olayioye – Finance Controller

He was Finance & Admin Manager at Shepherd Ventures Ltd between August 1996 – Nov. 2001 and Financial Accountant at Tantalizers Nig. Ltd Lagos, before he joined Livestock Feeds Plc as Plant Accountant in December 2006.  

He graduated from Kwara State Polytechnics, Ilorin in 1991 with HND (Accountancy). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001.

Mr. S. A. Adepoju - Management Accountant

He joined the Company in March 2007 as Management Accountant.  He graduated from University of Ilorin in 1996 with B.Sc. Agric and became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICAN) in 2006.

Mr. G. B. Odeyemi – Senior Engineering Services Manager

He is responsible for all engineering services in all the Mills location.

He joined the Company in November 1997 as Engineering Superintendent and left the Company in March 2004.    He worked as a Mechanical Engineer with Star Paper Mill between 2004 – July 2006 before joining the Company again in July 2006 as an Engineering Services Manager.   He was designated as Senior Engineering Services Manager in September 2007.

He is a holder of B.Sc (Engineering) from University of Ilorin in 1993.

Mr. L.A. Ladejobi –Internal Auditor

He joined the company in July 2011.  Before joining the company he worked with Yinka Odunfa & Co. (Chartered Accountant) as Consultant Auditor. He also worked with Unique Microfinance Bank in 2008 as Head, Internal Control.

He graduated with B.Sc degree (Accounting) from Lagos State University in 2006 and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2006. 

Mrs. Olumolawa Olowononi – Company Secretary

Mrs. Olumolawa Olowononi joined Livestock Feeds Plc in 2011 as the Company Secretary, to head both Legal and Human Resources Departments.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2007.  

She worked previously in the Nigerian National Park Service as Head of Litigation Unit, of Oyo Park in the organization.     
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and currently a student at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

Mrs. F. A. Akanji – Manager, Quality and Nutrition

She is responsible for branding and quality assurance of our products.

She joined Livestock Feeds Plc in 2005 as a Nutritionist and was appointed the Head of Quality Assurance Department in 2009.  
She obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. Animal Science and Nutrition from University of Ibadan in 2001 and 2004 respectively.

She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science.

Mr. Chris Ubah – Mill Manager, Ikeja

Chris joined Pfizer as Assistant Accountant in March 1993, Mill Accountant in an Acting capacity in September 1998.  He became Mill Accountant in April 1999.  He was appointed Technical Manager, Benin Mill in October 1999.  He obtained the B.Sc. degree (Accounting) from the University of Nigeria in 1990 and an MBA degree from the University of Benin in 1998.

Mr R.A. Bello – Mill Manager, Aba

He was appointed to the post of Mill Manager/Area Sales Manager in April 2011.  Prior to his present position, he was the Acting Mill Manager, Kaduna in June 2008.

Rahman joined the company in 1998 as a Production Superintendent, Kaduna and was relocated to Benin in 2003 due to mothballing of Kaduna Mill.

He obtained B.Sc. Agric from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-iwoye in 1995.

Mr. Adebayo Fola – Acting Mill Manager, Benin

He joined Livestock Feeds Plc in 2006 as an Area Sales Representative in Ikeja Mill. He was transferred to Kaduna Mill as the Mill Manager in acting capacity in November 2009.

He obtained his B. Sc (Hons) and M. Sc. Animal Science in 2001 and 2004 respectively, from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Dr. Gbenga Akeem Akande - Ag. Mill Manager, Kaduna

He joined the company in May 2010 as an Area Sales Manager.  He became the Acting Mill Manager in July 2011.  Before joining the company he worked at Chi Nig. Ltd as Country Sales Manager, Veterinary Unit.

He obtained the DVM degree and Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy in 1990 and 2003 respectively from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
