MR. ROBERT ADEBOWALE TADE – CHAIRMAN

Mr. Tade retired as the Chairman/Managing Director (CEO) of Pfizer Specialties Ltd and the Regional Director of Pfizer, West Africa.  He was the Executive Chairman/Managing Director of Livestock Feeds Plc from June 1993 to November 1998.  Before then he was the Deputy Managing Director of Pfizer Products Plc.  He joined Pfizer in 1973 as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and served in various capacities – Pfizer Products Plc and Livestock Feeds Plc over the years.  He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1985.

Mr. Tade is an alumnus of International Marketing Institute, Boston, USA and Columbia University Business School, USA.   He is a fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.

MRS. MODUPE O. ASANMO – MANAGING DIRECTOR / CEO

She worked at Nigerian Export Promotion Council as a Trade Promotion Officer before joining First City Monument Bank Plc in 1992 as a Management Trainee where she rose to become the Head, Structured Finance Unit – Corporate Banking Group.

She obtained a B.Sc. (Business Administration) from University of Ilorin in 1986.  She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She was appointed to the Board of Directors of Livestock Feeds Plc on July 1, 2007.

Upon the retirement of Mr Y. Suleiman Oba, she was appointed the Acting Managing Director/CEO of the company in April 2009 and confirmed Managing Director/CEO in December 1, 2009.

MR. Y. SULEIMAN-OBA 

He was the Managing Director/CEO of the company from December 2003 to March 2009.  Prior to that, he held the position of Director, Feeds Operations, with responsibility for all manufacturing activities and finished goods inventory in Regional Mills and Premix Plant.  He joined Pfizer in 1980 as Sales representative and was appointed Area Sales Manager for Livestock Feeds Plc in 1985. 

Mr. Suleiman-Oba obtained a B.Sc. (Agric) Animal Science Degree from University of Ibadan in 1977.

MR. M. B OYAPERO

Mr. Oyapero is currently the Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Trust Limited.  Before then he was an Executive Director of First City Monument Bank Plc from July 1993 to August 2005.  He was appointed to the Board of Director of Livestock Feeds Plc in January 5, 2006. 

He obtained a B.Sc. Accounting from University of Benin in 1986.  He is an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988.

ALHAJI S. A. KAKA

He joined Livestock Feeds Plc in early 1980 as a Technical Sales Representative and served in various capacities before his appointment as Ogun State Commissioner for Agric and Natural Resources from 1988 – 1991 and later left the company as a Business Development Manager in 1992.    He was the Deputy Governor of Ogun State from 1999 – 2003.  He was appointed to the Board of Director of Livestock Feeds Plc in December 15, 2003.

He obtained a B.Sc. (Agric) from University of Ibadan in 1978 and M.B.A (Marketing) from University of Lagos in 1985.

MR. ANTHONY A. IKPEA

Mr. Ikpea’s work experience spans a period of 18 years in the Financial industry.  He started his banking career with Ecobank Plc in 1990 where he was among the pioneer Bank’s Inspectorate Group.  He was at Commercial Trust Bank Ltd, where he was the Branch Head of the Port Harcourt Business office.  He also worked with Oceanic Bank Plc in Corporate Finance Group.

He is presently an Executive Director with CashCraft Asset Management Ltd, a top player and a formidable force in the Nigerian Capital Market.  He sits on the Boards of several companies. He is also Chairman of Owen & Gent Ltd.

He was appointed to the Board of Livestock Feeds Plc on July 1, 2007.

He attended Ozolua Grammar School Benin City and graduated in Division One.  He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Ife, and an MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University.   He is an Alumnus of the Prestigious Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker in 1996.
