Mr. Larry Ettah started his career as Management Trainee in UAC of Nigeria Plc in 1988. He has held several senior management positions in UAC of Nigeria Plc and was appointed Executive Director of UAC of Nigeria in 2004. He became the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UAC of Nigeria Plc on 1st January, 2007. He is also the Non Executive Chairman of UACN Property Development Company Plc, UAC Foods Limited and Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited.

He was appointed to the Board of Livestock Feeds Plc on February 2013.
Mr. Ettah holds a B.Sc degree in Industrial Chemistry and an MBA (Finance/Marketing) both from University of Benin. He has attended several local and international courses amongst which are Unilever Regional Sales Programme, Bombay, India, Unilever International Management Seminar, UK and Unilever Advanced Marketing Programme, UK. He is also a graduate of the renowned Executive Program of Michigan School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, United States of America. He is a Vice President of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and also the 1st Vice President of Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA).


Solomon, a Pharmacist was educated at the University of Benin (B.Pharm–1990, M.Sc-1995) and Federal University of Technology, Owerri (MBA– 2004). He started his career in academics with the University of Benin where he left as a Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry to join UAC of Nigeria Pic in June 1997 as Personal Products Manager in the then GBO – MDS Division.

He thereafter, occupied various Management positions in the UACN group including National Customer Service Manager, MDS Logistics; GM Franchise Operations, Mr Biggs & GM, Operations, UAC Foods. In September 2008, he joined Zain Telecoms, Nigeria where he served as General Manager, North West Regional Operations and Director, Regional Support in the Sales Group. In June 2009, he returned to UACN and was subsequently appointed in January 2010 as the Managing Director of MDS Logistics Limited.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management (Ghana) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (Nigeria).

He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Livestock Feeds Plc on March 1, 2012. 
Jide Adegbite is currently the Executive Director, Operations for Livestock Feeds PLC, where he oversees Engineering, Logistics, Raw materials, Manufacturing activities and finished goods inventory in four regional mills. He joined Livestock Feeds in 2007, leading the sales function as GM, Sales and Marketing and worked in that capacity until his recent move to head the Operations department.

He joined Mobil Oil Nigeria in 1999 in the sales function, holding various positions in Lubes, Distributor business and Asset Management. He left Mobil Oil in 2007.

He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos.

Mr. Yomi Adeyemi is a graduate of Mathematics / Statistics with over eighteen years of diverse finance industry experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Stockbrokerage and Asset Management. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a CFA Charter holder and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Executive Programme. He has over the years attended various training programmes in finance, leadership and governance in Ivy League institutions including the Harvard Business School.
He started his career with Merchant Bank of Commerce (MBCOM) in 1998. He left in 2000 to join the Corporate Banking Division of Lead Merchant Bank. Whilst at Lead Bank, he also worked in the Investment Banking Group that was responsible for various landmark capital market transactions. He was later seconded to the brokerage arm of the Bank (Lead Investments & Securities Limited) to revamp its dwindling fortune. He joined Core Trust & Investment Limited as Group Head, Financial Advisory Group in 2004, a position he held till 2008, when he led a new group of investors to acquire controlling interest in Fortress Capital Limited (formerly Heritage Investment and Securities Limited) as the Managing Director.

She was appointed to the board of Livestock Feeds Plc in February 2013.
Mrs. Omolara Elemide joined UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) as a Trainee Accountant on October 4, 1983 and became a Chartered Accountant in November 1986. She had worked in various capacities within the UACN Group as an Internal Check Manager, Management Accountant and Financial Accountant. She had a six-month attachment exposure with the Unilever International Audit Departments in Germany, United States of America and United Kingdom, after which she became the Senior Group Manager, Unilever International Audit, Lagos in 1992. At the divestment of Unilever from UACN in 1994, she assumed the position of the Audit Manager of the Group. She became the Divisional Commercial Director of G B Ollivant/MDS in 1997 and the Finance Director of UACN Property Development Company Plc in 1998.
In February 2005, Mrs Elemide joined the Board of CAP plc as the Finance Director, a position she held until May 4, 2009 when she was appointed the Managing Director of CAP Plc.
She has attended various local and international courses amongst which are the Bullet-Proof Manager Training Series by Crestcom International Colorado, USA, International Management Course at the Four Acres, UK, Unilever International Audit Seminar, USA, Strategy & Finance at the Ashridge Business School, UK.

She is presently the Executive Director, Corporate Services, UACN Plc.

Mr. Samuel worked as a Senior Counsel with Messrs Deji Sasegbon & Co., and had a brief stint as Law Lecturer with the Lagos State University, Ojo before joining UAC of Nigeria Plc. on 15th October 1997 where he worked variously as Deputy Manager, Legal Services, Manager, Legal Services and National Customer Service Manager, UAC Foods Snacks Category.
On 15th November, 2006, he was appointed Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of UAC of Nigeria Plc., a position he holds till date. He is also the Company Secretary of UACN Property Development Company Plc and Chemical & Allied Products Plc among others within the UACN group. He is a Non-Executive Director of UAC Registrars Limited. He was appointed to the Board of Livestock Feeds Plc on February 2013.

Mr. Samuel holds an LL.B (Hons) Second class (Upper Division) of Lagos State University, Ojo (1990). He was called to the Bar in 1991 with a Second class (Upper Division) performance in the Nigerian Law School Bar examinations. He also holds an LL.M degree of the University of Lagos, Akoka. He has attended several Legal, Secretarial and Management courses locally and internationally among which are Developing General Management Potential Course of Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, UK and Haggai Institute Advanced Leadership Seminar, Singapore. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Mr. Dada graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Science Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Lagos. He is a member of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). He is an alumnus of the famous Kellog School of Management, North Western University, Illinois, USA. He joined UACN as a Management Trainee in September 1983. He worked variously as Factory Planning Manager, Brand/Export Manager and Market Research/Media Manager with the then A J Seward Division of UACN. He later worked with UAC Export as Export Business Manager and subsequently with UAC Foods as Product Group Manager and Fast Foods/Marketing Services Manager. Also at UAC Foods he worked as Divisional Ice Cream Director, Divisional Frozen Foods Director and Acting Divisional Fast Foods Director respectively. In December 1999, Mr Dada was appointed the Managing Director of Grand Cereals Limited, a subsidiary of UACN, a position he held until his elevation to the Board in January 2010 as Executive Director (Corporate Services) with responsibility for Human Resource, Marketing and Strategy. He was appointed to the Board of Livestock Feeds Plc on February 2013.
